In Franciacorta, North of Italy, around Brescia, there is “Villa Crespia”. Here there is the production of precious sparkling wines.
The name of this wine cellar have a long history.
“Crespie” was, in Middle Age, the name of sparkling wine.
Villa Crespia is also known as the “Cellar More Less Twelve Twelve”, because from zero rises forty feet with space for the reception and offices. Falls to less than twelve with spaces for the vinification and storage of wines.

In Franciacorta is the only pure Pinot Noir vinified as white. Flattened no dose is the authentic expression of Pinot Noir. Manufactured in a loamy soil the most of Franciacorta is suitable for long aging in bottle.

The vineyards that give rise to Cisiolo insist on heavy clay soils, ferrettizzati, slightly acidic, particularly suitable for the cultivation of Pinot Noir also because with a cool.

Tasting. A beautiful perlage immediately suprises the taster. In a broad glass – impossible to taste this wine in a flute – a lot of perfumes impress. White flowers, erbs, grass and also some mediterrean fruits, as peach and orange, and tropical ones, as ananas. A complex in harmony. At tasting is fresh with a pleasant note of bitter almond. No sensations of acidity or sulphites, also because these were not used to produced Cisiolo.
