Dracaena is a native African plant that is grown indoors in many American households. The indoor Dracaena plants can get damaged when exposed to direct sunlight. These plants can be classified into two groups depending on the area where they are grown. The first group of Dracaena is known as Dragon trees and is found in arid semi-desserts and desserts. The second group is known as shrubby Dracaena and is grown indoors as they are less resistant to direct sunlight. Dracaena plant is usually grown in households for their unique and beautiful foliage.
