3rd World Mulch Day

by S. C.

Keystone Gardens, located in Blue Bell and Wayne, PA, has declared April 3rd World Mulch Day. The second best indicator that spring really IS on the way is the sight of mulch being spread. (The first sign is the robins chirping in the morning!)

Mulch, with its promise of beautiful outdoor spaces, lifts us from the depression of being cooped up for a winter with too many snowy days. It tidies up what winter left behind in our landscapes in the way of sad looking beds that are overrunning their boundaries. Tulips and daffodils and all of the wonderful colors to come are even more stunning against a backdrop of a new mulch layer in neat garden beds.

Keystone Gardens, a trend setting landscape design company, is kicking off the first World Mulch Day with an irresistible offer: a free yard of quality mulch to anyone who comes into their Blue Bell location at 1730 Skippack Pike, Blue Bell, PA. Owner Mike Garrison is excited to welcome customers to his new location, and says, “Free mulch is a great way to celebrate World Mulch Day. Come in to our Blue Bell location on April 3, say hello, and get started with your gardening.”

World Mulch Day jump starts the new season making our landscapes look new again and putting a spring in our step. It has been a long winter; don’t underestimate the importance of this day. Look for interviews and interesting facts at our blog: www.keystonegardens.com/blog
