An excessive consumption of meat can induce cancer

According to the experts, women with a waist measure that exceeds 80 cm can be at risk of diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and tumors. The same hold for men with more than 94 cm. In the following some food that stop the hunger

The fat that accumulates around the waist can be a serious hazard for the health. According to the data gathered by the BBC, the 97% of the interviewed in UK is unaware of the connection between fat and diseases as diabetes or cancer. This survey was performed on 2,085 people; among them the 71% affirmed to have the so-called “spare tire”.

According to Mike Knapton, of the British Heart Foundation, these data are really discouraging: “the fat around the waist is a true emergence; while we relax at home, the fat cells work hard to pump hormones in excess and other dangerous molecules around the body”.

According to the experts people are at risk of diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and tumors if their waist measure exceeds 80 cm and 94 cm for women and men, respectively.

It is not just a matter of fitness; also the diet has a central role. It is not easy to follow a diet for the people that are very sensible to hungry. So?

Even if foods that stop the hungry completely do not exist, some of them can fill very quickly. This particularly holds for the high-protein content foods, such as meat, eggs, pods and fish. According to the INRAN, the Italian Research Institute on Food and Nutrition. Also fibers can diminish the hungry and promote the sugars absorption.

A pivotal rule is to eat at regular intervals without skipping any lunch, in order to balance the nutrients. It is also advisable to eat whole cereals and regularly make sport in order to keep the glycaemia, the cholesterol and the stress under control.
