Since 1888, the Quattrociocchi family has dedicated itself in the cultivation of olives, handing down thru the years its passion and at the same time maintaing the commitment in producing genuine oil in the full respect of its tradition.
The Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the "Colline Alatrensi" is produced with a selected variety of olives: Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino or Itrana picked in the heart of Ciociaria, where the tradition of the olives is among the most ancient in Italy. It distinguishes itself for the superior quality of table oil, pressed in 24 hours from the picking, with the traditional cold system. Therefore an oil with a golden green color, a net olive smell, fruity taste, the proudness of our hills.
