Felice Modica: modernization without perversion

Felice Modica borned in Rome the November 19, 1959. Nowadays he lives and works in Noto, Sicily, helping his son Alessandro in running the familiar farm
(Azienda Agricola Bufalefi: link esterno). He cooperates with national newspapers, such as “il Giornale” of Milan and “La Gazzetta di Parma”, and he wrote some books. Recently, he is in charge for the gastronomical guide “identità golose” to grade gourmet restaurants. He is even well paid for this….
