Barbaresco D.O.C.G. 2005
Mixed grapes: Nebbiolo 100%
Year: 2005

Description: garnet red wine, dark olfactory impact impeccable with superb definition of fruit and spices. Initially of licorice and blackberry, blueberry and free as cherry, jams, then with floral tones. The flavour of Barbaresco Gaja is secure, with powerful structure, but measured.

The gastronomic combination with this wine from Piedmont excels finds its match with red meat and cheeses. Very important to serve the wine at a temperature of 18-20°c, after having oxygenated carefully in a decanter.
