Tips to increase muscles and to lose fat

The muscle that you build come from the significant effect of your workout however, the food that you intake after your workout can have just as much of an effect on your body as the workout. So proper diet or intake of necessary protein is essential for building muscles.

Although gaining muscles isnīt a real big problem with consistent training and dedicated efforts, it is a always a up-hill task to lose the additional fat that you have grown due to either your diet or due your lifestyle.

So in order to increase muscles and to lose fat you can follow these simple tips:

- The in-intake of protein is important for your growth. If you donīt take, you are not going to grow. Depending on the weight you are in, you should take the amount of protein you need to be eating. It is equally important you consume a lot of calories.

- Taking multiple meals will help you increase your insulin. As insulin is the body's most anabolic hormone, you want it as much as possible. By eating smaller meals, the insulin level will low down your blood glucose levels. So instead of taking three meals a day, double your meals by taking six meals a day.

- Water consumption: this is a very important phase as water is very essential for life even more than food and additional water helps in getting rid of additional fat, so consume as much as water you can ranging from 3.5 to 3 liters a day at least.

- Maintain a calorie count helps: though many shun this idea, it can effectively calculate the amount of calories we need and the amount we are taking in through food we can actually limit our calorie content and try reducing our additional fat content.

- Do additional cardiovascular workouts at least 3-4 times every Week: 30 mins of cardio every time is very recommended as it burns the fat more effectively than any other exercise.

- Consider doing intense weight training at least 2-3 three times every week: this would help in consumption of the additional fat that is stored in the body in the form of energy need to do those exercises.

- As soon as your workout, you have to consume meal that is high in fast burning carbohydrates and proteins. You can consume a protein shake with some form of sugar.
