Are you tired of the same old bloody mary? Why not ‘go Italian’ with fresh tomatoes, basil and buffalo mozzarella, as the Caprese Martini.
Marrying both the traditional tastes associated with the classic bloody mary, as well as an infusion of fresh rustic Italian flavor. This drink is refreshing, light and packed with flavor!
1 ½ oz. Three Olives Tomato Vodka
1 ½ oz. Bloody Mary Mix (Za Za Makes their own from scratch – but you can use your favorite store bought! Tip: Try adding roasted garlic and basil to your mix via a food processor for an added zip!)
A dash of Tabasco Sauce
1 “dash” of Olive Oil.
Garnished with 2 buffalo mozzarella balls, 2 cherry or grape tomatoes, and 2 fresh basil leaves for the finishing touch
Combine Vodka, Bloody Mary Mix, Olive Oil and Tabasco Sauce in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Pour into a martini glass, garnish with buffalo mozzarella balls, grape tomatoes, fresh basil and serve.
