Calabria oil region covers a vast area, with over 185 thousand hectares of trees and little more than a thousand mills, where some 139 thousand businesses derive oil for a total of around a million and a half tons.

Varieties
The oil is made from a mix of olives of the region, the Carolea Cassanese, from Dolce di Rossano Tondina.



Description the sight is golden yellow and clear. The nose has fruity bouquet of medium intensity, clean and plants, with references Net artichoke. The mouth is soft, with tones of bitter clean but balanced, good fluidity and power Condent. In closing the sweet almond and a hint of spicy mild and gradual.

Indicated for salad with cucumbers and tomatoes, potato dumplings, rabbit with peppers.
