Description: Clear, the colour is dark green. Penetrating aroma of leaves, artichoke and green olives. Especially fruity. An oil of great character, decidedly spicy and light with the very pleasant sharpness of fresh walnut and the intensity of green olives. Its good, lively flavour blends excellently with a very dry roundness.

Matches: Especially suitable with grilled red meat and any meat with a distinct flavour. Excellent with carpaccio or bresaola, a good accompaniment for fresh or strong cheese spiced with black pepper or raw vegetable salads.
