“La Cavallerizza di Rosa” produces and sells olio extravergine d’oliva D.O.P. (original protected denomination) realized in the ancient land properties of Palombara Sabina far away only 25 km. from the wonderful Villa Adriana in Tivoli (Rome, Italy), where the quality of the product is assured by the clear consciousness of doing agriculture following the most healthful rules and by the knowledge and the total devotion to local traditions.
It is the result of an accurate selections, all produced in Sabina’s territory, collected at the right time and processed with care preserving their precious organolectic qualities.
Description: a greenly medium intensity of fruity, taste of herbs with a sweet very well balanced body, long persistence of soft bitterness and green.
