San Giuliano, extra virgin olive oil from Bosana and Semidana

A Dop, obtained by cold press, from olive groves located in Alghero and in the North coast of Sardinia

The olives harvested to produce this oil come mostly from olive groves located in Alghero and in the North coast of Sardinia.

Between October and November the olives are handpicked and mechanically harvested directly from the trees. Then cold pressed in the company’s mill with traditional granite millstones and using a continuous cycle system.
This production methods help to preserve the beneficial properties such as the antioxidants and
the resistance to degradation over time.

Description: Limpid golden yellow with emerald tones in colour. Its opening aroma is elegant with richly vegetal and floral tones of wild grass, fruity apple and banana notes. On the palate it is complex and elegant, characterized by hints of artichoke, wild cardoon and green tomatoes. Assertive and well-balanced bitter-peppery tones on the finish.
