Aromas of violets and black cherry. It 'made in Italy red, Sangiovese di Romagna DOC produced by the Three Mountains of Imola
The company is the Three Mountains of Imola. The bottle has the name "Sono" and a small size 500 ml, with a label that knows how to speak clearly. The correct name is "sono (I am in Italian) without added sulfites." Yes, because the peculiarity of this red Sangiovese di Romagna Doc is all in the explicit statement set out more clearly in the back label: yes to natural products and organic fertilizers in the vineyard, no to sulfites in the cellar.
To note the beautiful gloss that appears always in the back label on the bottom: The wine is pleasure and health. Drink with moderation.
The wine tasted? And 'the fruit of the vintage 2009, with 13.5 alcohol.
Intense ruby red at the sight, with violet reflections.
The nose is fresh and clean scents that recall the fruit, with references to the purple and cherry.
The taste is smooth and balanced, good feel, full taste, fine and persistent, with hints of wild berry.
With pasta with meat sauce, cheeses, baked meats.
