Year 12 | 26 January 2020 | firstname.lastname@example.org
A successful format copied by others, already. Their added values are openness and the visibility they can grant to the exhibitors. From January it will be possible to send the sample selection
This year it is the sixth one. Olio Capitale fair, 2nd – 5th March 2011, is at its sixth edition. The previsions for this year are great, since Olio Capitale is now the main meeting point for the Italian oil community. Together with the fair it will be held, as usual, the contest for the best oils; a successful format copied by others, already.
The best of this format is that it is the market to choose the best oils of the Mediterranean area. Three panels will be called to evaluate the finalist oils, after a tight pre-selection by the Department of food science of the University of Bologna. Senior tasters, professional restaurateurs and chefs and consumers will evaluate the best quality oils that will get to the last selection stages of the contest. At the end there will be one winner for each category (light, medium and intense oil) and an honorable mansion by each panel.
The format is not the only added value of Oil Capitale.
A main point of this contest is openness and transparency. The panel members (tasters and restaurateurs) will be published on Internet before the fair and the final stages will take place during the exhibition in front of the public.
The winners of the contest, together with the title, will have the possibility to exhibit their products at the next year edition of Olio Capitale for free. A great occasion!
